Just had a few thoughts this morning on how to find additional high profit clients:
1) Check the MLS to see if anyone bought a house in cash. This is a possible investor to contact.
2) Investors make purchases on the courthouse steps every day of the week. In San Diego there is a small group of buyers that are there every day. Have a fixer? They would probably be interested, making a contact list for these investors can help your business greatly.
3) Attend local real estate investment(REI) meetings. You’d be surprised even in a down market how much interest there is in real estate investing. Spend your time now and be ready for when the market turns.
4) Build relationships with local handymen. Homes in significant disrepair may be ripe for a listing and a quick sale to one of your new investor clients.
