In one of my previous posts I mentioned that I would get you a list of directories that you could use to both gain traffic to your website and blog as well as gaining a large number of backlinks.

I know these search engine marketing blogs aren’t necessarily what you would expect from a real estate marketing company, but we feel that every Realtor not only needs an online presence, but needs to be able to have their online presence show up in Google to gain any real results.

Social media marketing is one of the newest fads to hit the internet. With so many sites out there having to manually submit each and every blog entry to every service is going to be both a pain and frankly a waste of time. We suggest using Only Wire to speed up the process. It’s a free service assuming you add their button to your blog at some point and allows you to instantly post to 25 or so social bookmarking sites including Digg, Facebook and Twitter.
