Just attended the Real Estate Series and it is full of excellent examples of how you market yourself and your listing. Of course a portion of the presentation is a sale of Top Producers and Realtor.com marketing tools but the information that is provided is well worth the time spent listening to the sales pitch. And if you have the money I suspect there is excellent ROI if you purchase the tools.

One of the new tools is the ability to capture searches on Realtor.com and provide them to the “owners” of the zip code. Interesting in that there is a real valid lead that can easily be followed up with an email.

I suspect that something similiar will be added to their iPhone app and perhaps the could even monitor/sale where the geocoding of the location of the iPhone when the search is made. A novel way to provide out of town lookers of property in an area.
