New Way to Get a Home’s Value

Interesting that HomeGain.com is promoting itself as the first real time way to a homes estimate yet there are several other websites that have provided it for a very long time. In fact Eppraisal does a lot of the work for you by providing their estimate along with Zillow’s and Cyberhomes’s.

So in an effort to see if any of the numbers mean anything, we entered the address of my home.

Eppraisal: $540,656
Zillow: $608,500
CyberHomes: $629,028
HomeGain: $595,361 – $698,903
Trulia: $687,833

Only conclusion has got to be only a local professional Realtor can give you a real assessment of the value of your home.
