What is shipping time?

Shipping time is the period taken by a shipment to reach its intended destination. Please note that shipping time does not include the time needed to produce a product. Shipping time depends on the location where the shipment will be delivered as well as the transport mode.

As long as your order has not been confirmed for production, you can log in to your account and edit the details of the order such as material, size, finishing options, shipping address, etc. Keep in mind that if you change the quantity, then you need to recalculate your shipping cost as the weight and cost may change. If your order has already been confirmed for production, please contact our customer service department at +1 905-660-1363, Mon-Fri, from 9 AM to 5 PM (EST) to see if it is still possible to edit the order. We don't guarantee that any changes will be made after an order is confirmed for production.

Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?

All orders are shipped from our production facilities located at Richmond Hill, Ontario. Currently, we offer shipping for Canada and most US states.

How is my order shipped?

The transfer mode and courier depend on the delivery location. We offer courier service of UPS and Purolator. The UPS shipping methods available are Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping cost depends on various parameters including the weight of boxes, number of boxes, mode of transport, and shipping destination. There is no pricing or weight guide for shipping but you can see the shipping cost on the respective product page when placing an order

Will I receive my order on the exact shipping date?

We do our best to prepare and ship out your order on the estimated completion date. However, we cannot guarantee delivery orders on the exact shipping date. Please note that turnaround time is not contractual and can never be guaranteed.

Does turnaround time include shipping?

No. Turnaround time only includes the time needed to produce your job and have it ready to ship or pick up. Please note that turnaround time starts once you give us your approval to print in addition to payment information.

How can I track my order shipping status?

To check at what stage of production your project is, please log in to your account and click on Order History in My Account menu. Once your order has been completed, we will send you an email with a link enabling you to track the UPS shipping for your job.

Can I use my courier service?

If you want to save on shipping costs, we offer a free pick-up option from our Richmond Hill production facility. Alternatively, you can arrange your courier service to pick up your order from our facility.

Why does the shipping cost for the same location vary sometimes?

Products with large physical size may have higher than expected shipping costs. This is mostly due to the limitations set forth by our shipper.
